Best Answer: It sounds like the Internet security is blocking it. go to tools on your browser or better still go to tools on your friends PC and click Internet Options and check his security, privacy and content settings. make a note of his settings then check your own to see if its the same. if not then change them to your friends settings then close your explorer browser, open it and see if that worked.

Re:It depends what language the message board was written in and what your host offers. You said you are using Tripod, so Perl, PHP, and MySQL are out of the question AFAIK.
