like he said. some nero's are made for specific drives (my dad had a full version i wanted, but it only worked for yamaha drives!)
usually the install disc will say a drive type if it only works for specific types.

Re:Actually it is up to the CD vendor to provide the install CD for OEM Nero. Most of them do not bother to indicate on the CD that it is for the Viblefrix model 200 CD-R only but only copy the standard Nero CD graphics. I have about 4 copies of limited nero around and I'll be dammed if I can figure which CD drive they go to.
Viblefrix is a copywronged trademark of Alfred E. Neuman Enterprises and may not be used, copied or thought about by an actual living person.
