Software to monitor internet traffic [internet account] [internet traffic]

Q: Hi,

Im looking for a software to monitor my internet account.

I want the usual things on the Internet, and the second to check how much data I saw uploaded/downloaded.

I one of these a few years back but now I have no clue to his name (so Im sort of back to the start .

Any ideas?
