System restart suddenly . need help figuring out what is wrong [ati radeon x850xt] [amd athlon 64]

Q: Firstly, this is my system:

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Athlon 64 4000 + Mainboard
AMD (Non-OC) Radeon X850XT PE
Zalman CNPS 7000B Cu
ATI (Non-OC) Corsair XMS
2GB 3200
Athena EPS12V 550W Power supply (http:// www .newegg.com / Product / product.asp? Item = N82E16817104122) 9,775,033 hard drives, a DVD drive, two 120mm fans.
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

I do not know what causes it, but suddenly for no reason my computer will reboot. The screen will be black and reboot if you turned the power off and on again. Now, the first thought was for me something was overheating, I thought it was the CPU but then logic took over, because I realized it only happened once during a game and seems to happen mostly when the computer is idle, as Im not home or asleep. I feel his power, because it is the cheapest of the bunch, but I really have no way to be sure, and I have no spare high wattage power supplies laying around off and find out. Is there a way to find out what is going on? It really bothers me. Thank you.

Re:Well I ran it, and it just seemed to be doing the same tests over and over becasue I let it run for about an hour and a half and it ended up repeating the same tests. Under everything, there was something in red and I wrote it down.

I don't know if I'm doing this right, if not, someone please tell me what to do and I'll report the results. Thanks!

I'm on Windows XP x64.

Your OS doesn't matter. Memtest uses a boot disk.
