Q: Here are the symptoms:
1. Computer restarts without warning
2. Restart happens randomly, sometimes when you press power button.
3. May be caused by touching a button or using a mouse wheel – seems common, although not restart when I am away from my computers are computer.

Q: This is supposed to be a Desktop Athlon XP 2600 + Model 8 TBred (266FSB). AMD OPN is AXDA2600DKV3C. Posting as “unknown”, but CPU Type WCPUID, AIDA32, and a few other utilities report:
Mobile AMD Athlon XP-M (Model 
CPUID Change 0681h
Extended CPUID Revision 0781h
I thought that OPN Mobile XPS contains sequences such as “AXMG “or” QQ4. What gives?

Q: I have a new motherboard (ECS K7S5A) and AMD Athlon 1800 + XP and I try to install a new case. Only when I mounted in the case of a video card, there is no display. The CPU fan starts and drives get power but no beep also.
Then I tried without the card still no beep codes. I think the MB is shorting, I do not know how to find out. I use all the space or stand offs that came with the case and that align with the holes in the MB. Then I removed MB from the case and I get the 3 beeps,
