Synchronize with Desktop Laptop [briefcase] [folders]

Q: I want to do is to my favorites and My Documents folders to sync between my WinXP laptop and WinXP desktop. The two are networked and everything. I tried the trunk line, but would like some folders circumvent the briefcase as synchrnize possible.

Any suggestions?

Q: I have a P4 2GHz here, and it is obtained from the sludge, in other words, everything is made with a delay. The letters have slowed down as I type, the opening is slightly delayed folders . it seems some process hogging all CPU-juice, and I would appreciate a program that the processor level of excitement could bring and what processes to obtain, so to speak. Q: I want to set up a user in my Windows XP Pro system so I can see my shared folders from another PC access. How do I set one up, so they do not appear on the welcome screen?

Or is there another way to access to shared folders without creating a user name that matches the user on the remote system? That is how my Windows 2K system.

Q: I have all the folders and files in a folder for all files containing specific text.

What to find the best way to do that?

It would be nice to be able to choose which folder I want to search all files in the subfolders that the text would somehow show so I could edit them.

Any contain suggestions?
