Q: I get an ADSL connection in a few days, and wanted some advice on which router to get. We use PPPoE in my country, with a software called WinPOET to connect to the DSL modem. I have a router compatible with this technology.
I it is reduced to two models, the BEFSR41 and BEFSX41. Both have a 4-port swicth. The BEFSX41 has a built-in firewall, which I would love. The BEFSR41 NAT is an “acting” as a firewall, what is the difference?

Q: Im sure it is a simple problem . I just can not my mind at work .
Brand news yesterday . 8-port Linksys router connected to cable connector. RJ-45 in the walls and in the PCs. I have Win2000 SP2, and there is another one thats just Win98SE. Both have file / printer sharing and the “working group” group. As I understand it, we should be able to display the Network Neighborhood (or My Network Places in Win2k to see). Well, I can. The Win98 box has C: and a printer in order to share

I access n
