Q: Problem:
WRT54G, WEP128, V3.0, works wonderfully wired.
Laptop 1: HP running WPC55AG, A / G card. Works great wirelessly without security.
Laptop 2 HP running WPC54G, G-map. Works great wireless without security.
If security is enabled, both laptops are unable to connect. Laptop 2 is me, and utility, it shows the network name (SSID hidden), but not see it as connected, and says unable to connect to access point.

Q: I have a wireless router from Linksys. Wireless-B. There are some days when it thinks it just works great. And other days, my cable modem to work at once, but then stop working. I unplug the router and cable just through my normal computer without a wireless router and it works fine. Other problems are when I plug in the router, cable modem stops working and is unable to access the Internet. Works fine, but when connected to the router stops working.
Can anyone help?

Q: Hi, Im relatively new to these boards, I often read posts on my computer for advice.
Anyways, Im looking for something to help my wireless network. I have a Linksys wireless router (802.11b) and it does not exceed 15 feet (clear vision in my house) without significant loss of reception. So yes, I can sit in 3 places where I can actually use my laptop. Sometimes when I stand up or if someone is in between the laptop and the hub (or even if I close the door!) The signal drops like c

Don't do that. Just find good drivers from Cisco or Aironet for the card.

Best Answer: have you tried reinstalling the printer… also make sure that the computer where it does not print is on the network, check that you see all computer on you domain or workgroup

Q: I live in the sticks, so DSL or cable are not available. Our friend who lives next door get Direcway 2-way satellite installed next week. We plan to setup a network using this (http://www.apet.net/satnetwork) configuration procedure given here.
Question However, we must set up wireless. I have looked at the Linksys wireless router (http://www.linksys.com/Products/product.asp?grid=23u0026prid=173). Will it work for us?
