I have a post in General Hardware on shutting down my computer once in a while on his own. Recently himself again, and I noticed that a fan that the LEDs do not work, before suddenly working.

Can say a short circuit in a 12 V V LED fan/12 cause the power of travel and not 12 volts, but still 5 and 3.3 to supply the motherboard?

I now have an Antec True430 after replacing a generic 400 W due to this problem. It still happens.
