Q: They have a huge price on their software, ie the new Office XP, id like to have, but im not that much $ $ on spending. and Windows XP, I want that too, but it will be around $ 400-500, they wonder why people their software . pirate not everyone is as rich or even close to Bill Gates .
its too stupid that I have to pay to try their beta xp too, maybe im wrong and dont have, can someone correct me?

It is so weird. I have not used Office programs for one week or so. I have installed a number of different parts of the software, but nothing I think she could possibly cause simply does not load. Its weird . they are fully loaded, and then they just close themselves off. I saw this problem with Frontpage before, when I had Office 2000 and upgrade to Office XP (not the version of Office XP that was upgraded to Frontpage). Q: So, now that Office 2003 looks like XPish and fruity and all that, is there a way to make it look more normal and the tone of some of its eye candy? Any “look” like setting in WinXP?
I felt the latest Office XP was still acceptable, but this appearance a bit too bloated to me.

Q: OK, UPS just delivered my copy of Office XP retail UPG. Before I had Office 2K OEM so I did not have to deal with these compulsory registration. What is the policy now with Office XP? Should I call MS every time I do a reinstall? Is there a reg entry that can be changed to this theme if it exists? Thanks

Q: I am planning to update my dads Office with six new computers. I need to know if I really need 6 copies of XP and Office. If so, any recommendations on where to buy?

Q: And I think I want, no major problems so far. It seems to run smoother. I had some probs with win2k, and my computer seemed to run very slow and like crap. Im going to miss, but Im a gamer at heart and I am glad to be back on 98 for the moment. I refer not only strengthened my 3dmark2k1 score 500 points. The most important thing I do miss the control-alt-delete menu, man, that rocked.
Also, Office XP works with win98 yet?
