Q: I am creating a new thread, because many of the old problems were solved and new rose.
So Here is my situation, actually my friend situation. She has a wireless network setup in their house and bought a Netgear 802.11b PC card for her laptop. She is in XP, the router recognizes the card in her room, but not a solid connection. What process or steps should I take her to get setup?

Q: Hi all,
A friend to his apartment connected via wireless and was wondering what everyone suggests.
He will be running two laptops in two different rooms. He has 2.4 cordless phones, it is true that this will interfere with the network?
He also want all in one fax machine and printer to be wireless? Is that what the buzz word is bluetooth? Who makes a wireless all in one device?
Also, a router, since he wants his share as well.

Q: Hey guys, I wrote this in hopes to find an answer to my problem. I have a wireless network setup that works great, except for one problem, every once in a while, the connection off and come right back. This will happen maybe once a day, sometimes even when Im on the computer. A few times the connection will drop for a while until I rest the modem and router. Is there anything I should set up to help with this problem? Thanks, all suggestions welcome
