Q: I can not figure this one out. She is not computer literate, even trying to install, but not every message they send from Outlook [SPAM] as the first word in the subject. I sent web-based e-mail from her account and not received, so I find that narrows it from the ISP to her Outlook. When I got home I looked at every possible setting and I saw no rules out.
Anyone seen this before?
Re:At my previous job I've seen the '[SPAM]' tag on incoming Emails on a GoDaddy hosted account but not outgoing. This happened on all of our systems so I don't think it was specific to any settings in Outlook. Also, it was the same on Webmail so it's different than what you're seeing. Really strange…
Re:There is a junk email folder and my personal email address is in the list of safe emails but there is nothing else. Plus, this is only applied to sent emails which makes it even stranger.
Personally, I think it would come down to 2 options.
1. ISP is doing it
2. Antispamware on the computer
I have eliminated the ISP thing by using her webmail account on her internet connection and I never installed any antispamware stuff and I didn't see any in the programs list or as a process running.

Does she use a Security Program, like Norton Anti-Spam?
Have you checked the machine for spyware?
No anti-spam programs.
She uses avg for antivirus and adaware. Everything comes up clean.
