Re:It is easy in OSX to turn on a FTP server. Just FTP to an account with write access from the PC. Vice versa… I'm not sure. OS X might be able to read Windows File Sharing easily enough, but I'd have to check with my roommate, I'm not sure if he can on our network or not…
