Q: I right click and hit delete and I sit and think a minute DONG This program is in use by another person or program. I do not have anyother current programs to close and I have only one user set on this computer. I went to get the task manager, and closed almost everything, and the darn thing just wont delete! Is there a way I can figure out which program is the program that I try to remove, so I can delete using?
Re:Use add / delete as mentioned before. if it still won't let you delete it than do it in safe mode
as mentioned before. it might help if we new what program you are deleting.

Re:Its possible that the program is still currently running as a process… Ctrl+Alt+Del and end the process manually, then delete the file.
Re:Why are you deleting the program? Try Add\Remove Programs.
