Q: UGH!
damnit.
Linux is an experience from hell for my me.
I “try reloading win2k adv. server, and I need to know how to get rid of the boot options in Linux (do not let me choose, it just boots into Linux even though I do not have a partition at all)
what should I do?

Re:if you had linux as your only OS and are trying to reinstall windows, your master boot record may need rewritten. Try booting to a startup floppy and typing fdisk /mbr. I dont think you would want to do that though if you were dual booting and are trying to get back into windows 2000. If that is the case you might want to try booting from the CD and reinstalling 2000 on top of itself or repairing the install.

Re:I have neither.
I don't have any disks in the drive.
Linux was uninstalled, but is still coming up when I boot the machine.
You can't choose any other options….
what do I do to fix it?
Re:is this with win2k boot manager or lilo?
