Unknown computer problem – the system will not boot [card memory] [7950 gx2]

Q: Specs .

Tsunami case
Ultra X-finity 600w
Asus P5N-SLI
2GB Horny DDR2 7950 WD 667
1GB GX2
250GB HD
16X Burner

Right DVD now, I have nothing but the motherboard, power supply, video card, memory and CPU and HSF will not installed.

System boot.

I have replaced everything. Motherboard, power supply, video card, memory, even the CPU. Still will not start in BIOS.

Where do I go from here?

What good would replacing the case do?

I have already replaced the power supply.

The PSU turns on, cpu fan turns, so I don't think it has anything to do with the power switch connectors.

Not computer case so much as the riser screws underneath the MOBO.

have you tried the mainboard, psu, cpu, ram, and video only with everything on a bench, not in the case? eliminates the power connectors and possible case shorts from the equation….

No, but I will thanks.
