The software and drivers would not install properly (XP with Razr V3) after numerous attemps and I find it a completely useless waste of money.

..AVOID this product!!!! Install and uninstall and downloaded from mobileaction.com still didn’t work on my MOtorola RAZR.. Received only an automatic reply from Mobilaction. I would suggest you use a regular USB cable and download the software from the Motorola site..it worked for me the first time.
