Q: I am not able to completely disable the onboard video as it is still the memory of my 2GBs memory.
I have updated the BIOS to the latest version yesterday. I have the BIOS set to only the PCI-E video to use in vain. Ive tried booting into Windows without the card then install the video card again without change.
What can I do to all my memory back?

Re:If it's using that much you can adjust the DVMT setting in the bios. However I thought it maxed out at 256MB.
Re:Well, it's using 512MB ATM, that's why I am asking. Need to call Intel in the morning.
Re:Honestly, whether you have 2048mb ram, or 2016mb, or 1984mb ram – I just cannot think you would even be able to tell a performance difference even with benchmarking software.

Page 23 of the user manual states that the onboard is disabled once a PCIe card is installed, and the following page states the amount of DVMT is adjustable in the bios but cannot be set to zero for legacy reasons. However I wonder if you'll get all of the system memory back if you disable the video adapter in the device manager. If it's not being disabled you should contact Intel since support for this board is going to be limited. Be sure to update the thread.
Re:Check in advanced settings under display properties in windows. There should be an option on how much memory to allocate to the onboard gfx
Re:Once in the bios go to Advanced > Video Configuration > Disable isn't there?
