That little “?” Inside the circle. When I right click, left click: It will take me to the website of the Anti-Vermin. What can I do? This is really annoying.

Re:And FYI, never ever purchase or use any anti-spyware/malware/etc. software unless you are 100% sure it's legit. Last thing you ever want to do is pay for a program that just puts more crap on your system. They're out there, and there are enough gullible people forking over their credit card numbers for them… so sad.

Let's say you do a clean install to get rid of some malware. What's going to stop you from getting infected again if you don't know how you were infected in the first place? "Formatting" is the last thing you want to do in most cases. If you do take the easy way out and "format" then you should be put on a limited account with a SRP policy.

Lately I've been getting popups advertising WinAntiVirus, and I'll also get popups with ads for "FREE such and such" or some music popup.
I smell a vermin!
:(
In case it returns you can download my rogue removal kit (http://www.elitekiller.com/files/rogueremoval.zip) and check the readme. They'll take out the antivermins and dozens of other rogue apps + trojans that you may not have seen yet. Run the online scans afterwards to see what else is resident on your pc.
BTW, save your money and stop buying second-rate anti-malware tools! All of the ones in your OP are

Re:Did some more scans, restarted my computer and it was gone. I forgot to mention I have Spyware Doctor. Anyways, all fixed. Ty
Re:For starters—lose noadaware–it used to be a program that installed malware–download a free trial of spyware doctor—lose Norton–get AOL active virus shield for free or the the slightly better Kaspersky paid.—-find the consolidated security thread on this forum or guy's links—and start implementing a multi-layered defense against mal-ware.
And if you post a hijackthis log—do it on something like spyware warrior forums where they have trained log readers. But first see what you can get rid of with scanning first. Chances are–you have more than just that.—check also for rootkits.
Of all the products you have paid for—I don't see a single near state of the arts one–and many of the state of the arts products would have been cheaper than what you bought.
And no one has asked—whats your OS—what about a firewall–what browser do you use—what is your security awareness and downloading habits–is your OS fully patched—what about software vulnerabilities–see mechbgons links on the secunia security checker.—for guy's Link— guy's Malware Guide.
Google the name of the name of what malware you have–often you can find free specific tools to remove just that one on the web—and make sure those tools are endorsed by seurity websites and are not just paid ads to get you to buy inferior products.
But as someone who bought a used PC infested with malware—its sometimes very hard to get them off once they are in—and much easier to erect a defense to keep them out.
Re:Give Windows Defender a try. It's a free download, and is very good when running in background. I don't see a virus – I see a malicious link to a web site aimed at getting you to buy their service.
YOu might also consider a System Restore to a date before you started seeing this pop up. It is something placed in your Registry, so a previous date could get rid of it – then be careful where you surf.

free antivirus, sometimes they work better than the commericial ones.
Re:I'll try those suggestions. However, please if there is anyone else with ideas: Keep suggesting them, I cannot have this virus on my PC.
Re:Looks more like malware than a virus I think.
The grammar on that pop-up balloon is horrible. Have you tried TrendMicro's online Housecall? That has worked pretty well for me the past. Also, IIRC, CA has a free version of eTrust you can try. There's also HiJackThis, but be careful if you are not comfortable with making modifications to the registry.
