What is an easy way to surf the Web on a network monitor? [network monitoring tool] [linksys router]

Q: We have a small network at work, about 20 computers. All are connected to the Internet through a . I would like http requests for an idea of what web pages users are looking for his monitor. I think we can some employees at night to watch porn and stuffs.

I have tried several such as Ethereal, but I think its too much for my needs.

Any ideas?

before I had monitoring software, I would search through cookies;

Re:The only simple way I can think of using what you've already got is by using keyword blocking. If your router supports blocking certain keywords (I'm sure you can think of a couple that might show up on a pornographic website) you can have it email you when it blocks access to a site with those keywords on it. Not a 'foolproof' method of finding out exactly what they're doing, but you can add words like 'gambling', 'casino' and things like that if you don't get any porno hits.
