Q: How can I set the edit command, so mspaint opens instead of Firefox?
Or, how can I get a lot of time pictures using paint? (If I select multiple photos and choose to paint, but a picture is opened).
(I need to do several at once open and this thing really niffty saving the quality of the image remains the same, but the picture takes only half as much space. Useful in a file of 1GB)
Thanks!

open any folder, tools->folder options->file types->bmp->advanced. click edit, put the shortcut to paint, such as "C:\WINDOWS\system32\mspaint.exe" "%1"
i highlight two bmp files, right clicked, and they opened two windows.
SICK! That's the info I needed

If your using windoze …
right click on the file
Select 'Open With' then select "choose Program" select MSpaint.
And ,, be sure to click the box to .."Always use this program to open"
Dunno how to open more than one at once …
no, it's not that. It's the edit button. By default, I want the window viewer to open it. But I want to click edit and have paint open in. If I can get that to work, then multiple files can open when I select them and choose edit
