Q: It seems strange that it takes 15 seconds to use Firefox (program u0026 wait until the program ready for use starting) and IE7 will do the same in 4sec. I know its not my system is slow. Its really strange that IE7 is a huge program and took about 15min to download and install will load in four seconds and Firefox, which is only 5MB download and installation costs so much slower. Could this be some micro $ oft tactic to third-party browser load slowly?

I personally like IE7 and Firefox the best.
I've had problems with Firefox ever since I installed it. More so than IE or Opera.
I took the chance to redownload IE7 again, and you know what, it really is better now that I think about it. It works for me, like it did before, and there isn't a problem.
I just switched to Firefox because somebody told me to do it – Now I'm getting it off my computer.

I suggest you also download IE7 Pro – it has extra feature not included in IE7, and bundles them along with it. AdBlocker, inline spell check, tab history, all that stuff.

I had same problem with my laptop FF loads really damn slow IE6 loads really faster but it crashes often than FF.
I don't have any choice butto stick with FF

Re:Maybe it is my system that is too slow to run firefox 2.0. I have an Athlon XP 3200 @ 2500mhz and only 768mb RAM,WD raptor 150gb hard disk & winxp. Task manager says that I have 410mb ram available for programs but it maybe incorrect. I guess I will get another 512mb ram or just live with it.
