Re:90% of the Windows code is already available to MS partners. The other 10% is WPA and security code and it's probably tucked away in fort knox somewhere. This 15% that was released is from NT and 2ksp1 and is several hundred builds old. It got stolen off a hacked *nix box (ouch!) of an MS partner or so it appears so far.

Re:I think the paranoia about viewing the code is kind of silly. Anything that would be identifyably unique to the windows codebase would probably be too hard to remember after having casually glanced through it. It's pretty hard to find code that's truly unique.
